HeyeHelp LLC Refund & Service Reperformance Policy

At HeyeHelp LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service and customer care. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we take every concern seriously. Our goal is to resolve all issues in a professional, fair, and timely manner.

1. Requesting a Refund or Service Review
If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by HeyeHelp LLC, we kindly ask that you:
  • Contact our Manager directly by phone at (360) 362-0126, or

  • Email your written request and explanation of the issue to: connect@heyehelp.com.

To ensure a fair and complete review, your request must include:

  • The date and time of service

  • A description of the service provided

  • The reason for dissatisfaction

  • Any supporting documentation or photos (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3–5 business days.

2. Reperformance & Replacement of Service Policy

In most cases, we will first offer to correct the issue by re-performing or replacing the service at no additional charge. This is our standard policy and preferred method of resolution.

Note: Reperformance must be requested within 7 days of the original service date. Availability is subject to scheduling.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you remain dissatisfied and decline a re-performance opportunity, or if we determine that a service was not performed in accordance with the scope agreed upon and the issue was caused by our error, HeyeHelp LLC may issue a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed or rendered in a reasonable and professional manner

  • The complaint is substantiated and falls within the scope of services provided

  • The issue is determined to be a direct result of our negligence or failure to perform

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Dissatisfaction due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, weather delays, scheduling conflicts not caused by us)

  • Work completed outside of agreed-upon terms or scope without documentation

  • Client failure to provide access or necessary information to perform the service

  • Services more than 14 days old unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Legal Notice & Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that:

  • HeyeHelp LLC’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question

  • We are not responsible for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from service delays, rescheduling, or service dissatisfaction beyond the value of the service provided

  • Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington or Oregon, depending on the location where the service was performed, and venue shall be proper in the respective county where services were rendered

6. Good Faith & Resolution

We believe in fair resolutions and customer relationships built on trust. If you're unhappy, talk to us. We’ll listen, review, and work with you in good faith to reach a fair and lawful outcome.
